It's probably a typo but it is ebay. Surprised it didn't say Vintage though.

Just a chancer, I'd say. Happens all the time on ebay - everyone has the product up for around the same price but someone sticks theirs in for some fantastic figure. It's the same product, but there's just a chance that some idiot - remember, there are a few - will think this one must be better. As the OP said - more money than brains.

I've sent sellers a notice about such asking if they have a typo if they have a good Positive feedback rating. If they have lots of NEG feedbacks on flea bay I do not even bother asking.

Usually I will get a thank you for the heads up about a typo
or

they are out of stock and price marked up so no one will try to buy or their store is closed for sales due to medical issues and will send a email when re-listed. (easier than deleting their ad and re-listing)
