A friends. They are dirty after cutting 6 hours. But just thought it was a neat pic with Husky Dolmar Stihl all together.

441 just my opinion OK. Super smooth in the cut, great AV. Real good to 12" then it is underpowered IMO. Can bog it with pressure, must let the saw work without input from user, But is real smooth in the cut. 7900 will smoke it in anything over 12".

I realize that is your opinion. I happen to really like the 441...........some don't...........life goes on!!!

At least you ran it an can give a true account of its power.

I didn't think it would outrun a 7900. Any saw can be bogged in the cut........just depends on how hard you push. Therein lies the perception issue.........no 2 operators push and feel the push the same.

Cool............thanx for the input!!!

Must say something if he is keeping the Stihl and Husky and getting rid of the Dolmars.:hmm3grin2orange:

Ahhhh....haha.:jester:

So he sold all of them?

Was his 441 broke in at all? Mine has no problem with wood much larger than 12".

Was the 7900, used to compare the 441 to, modded or stock???

All stock saws. I do have problems with pushing the saws to much, I am not known for a lite touch operating saws. So that pulled the 441 out of its powerband pretty easily.
