well its the first full wrap i have used. i think it is a good thing. makes it easier to use with both hands. i have read some of the debate with them and don't see why people want to cut so close to the ground. i guess they have some special dirt chain or just think their chain is so da## sharp a little dirt wont hurt them. i leave enough stump so i can get a chain or cable around it so i can pull it out.

plus the full wrap helps keep the saw body from being beat around so much in my opinion.

I noticed that eBay listing;

was this the bid or Buy It Now for $250.00 listing? I think the same seller had two more-one for $325.00 & $350.00. $250.00 sounds like a real good price.

chain needs replacing so i didn't want to work it hard w/ a dull chain. has about 4 teeth that are flat from hitting some metal i think. but i put it to a 10" cant of maple and it was like it just fell through the wood. keep in mind that we just had a fire and the maple was in the middle of it so it got a little harder that day.

You put a saw in burning wood, or near fire? voluntarily?

Even the softest wood need a sharp chain to "fall through".
I would definitely keep that chain!!!!

oh no the fire was on the 10th of last month and i had to cut the tree down a few days later to start the clean up. we lost all the wood we had saved over the years in the fire so we decided to save anything possible in the trees that were going to die. i took one of those pieces and put my saw in it. i know I'm only 22 but I'm not that retarded. :angry:

I am sorry I miss understood, You never know, since I started reading here I am amazed and frankly it would not surprise me.
