Pine timber cost?

I'm in eastern Va. (Isle of Wight) and I may need to have delivered a truck load of pine logs for milling...wifey wants wide pine floors in her new house addition and i better get busy if it will be milled and dried in time for it to be needed..

whatsa good ballpark for 10-12' logs say 12-16' long?

No idea on pine prices in VA, but I don't think you are going to get very many "wide" boards out of 10-12" logs.

well...maybe not wide...i've seen some 8" floors recently...i'm looking at probably 4"...to match the rest of the house...wider than the poor excuses for wood floors available now...our floors are 130 years old...we want the
floors in the addition to match the old part of the house.
