Pioneer 1200?

Local guy has a Pioneer 1200 for sale, 16" bar good cond'.
What should I look for, any opinions good or bad
welcome. What is a fair price?

The 1200 is a good saw. As far as price though I really don't know what to say. It's alot like a SXL and they really hold up well.
