A 1985 Pioneer Partner 5000 plus. Bought this saw in a package deal. only wanted one of the saws. sold the other two quick. And I was down to this one. this thing starts up in the first couple pulls and runs and cuts like a champ. Im new to this site. I would normally sell this saw on ebay but I was getting tired of losing so much in fees to ebay and paypal. so I refuse to sell on there anymore. And I really would like to see this saw go to someone who really wants it. Looking for 165.00 that includes shipping to the lower 48 outside of that I would have to get a quote for youpartner 1.jpg partner 2.jpg

That's a good price on a great saw if the piston is in good shape. That saw is a poor-man's 346 and will make a heck of a firewood saw. I own a pristine 5K+ that gets used a few times each year and I have 7 others in various degrees of dis-repair including some of the larger-bore versions of this saw.

I have been told by a very well respected builder that this saw ported will out cut a ported 346.

There's a hole in the top cover and the dawg is missing.
The Man has a good eye. My dad used an earlier one when I was just a young kid. A 500 maybe? Before that it was a gear drive homelite my grandfather had. Russ

If she runs and cuts great deal on 49cc saw. Cuts with 346xp, 5100 and out cuts 026.

12" rounds in hardwood, pulling 3/8 chain.

Is this the saw that was on C/L last week with ignition issues? I'm not trying to be nasty but this is your first post and you are selling in a forum that sees some questionable stuff now and then....
Yes, I'm quite sure it is.

Kinda like the 372 that I did a little digging on. I made one post then poof! I got burned once and it still bothers me. Russ

Getting to the point where we need post count restrictions or something before selling. Probably a moderators nightmare. I am a member of a knife forum where if you were dumb enough to screw someone the law or someone worse would show up on your doorstep. A guy should be good to his word, really what else do we have if not that? Russ

That is a standard practice for many forums, and should be here too.

There is a long list of guys in here who I trust implicitly. We just need to watch each others backs. I don't know **** compared to most of you but I am pretty good at tracking down BS. You run a kitchen as long as I have you hear a lot of it. Russ

I usually don't buy from anyone on the Tradin' Post if they can't give me a reference from someone else on the board that they have done business with. Every saw deal ive been involved in on this site has been great .
