Glad to be back on the board. I recently acquired a Pioneer Farmsaw 2
Saw was sitting around for a few years and not run. I pulled the muffler
the internals looked good, so I dumped out the old fuel and cleaned the plug.
New fuel and about 5 pulls later she fired and ran.
I need some info on this saw,
Displacement?
Bar size?
Chain size?
Mix ratio?
Etc,

I could also use some brake parts/

Any help would be great.

Thanks

66cc's for the displacement. Bar lengths from 16-24 inches. Personally, 18-20 is plenty for that saw. Chain is 3/8 x 0.058. I've always mixed at a 24/1 ratio although the site listed below claims 40/1. The pioneer saws of that vintage, early 80's ran 24/1. Brake parts are a little harder to come by. You can look around for these saws as the parts will interchange. P39, P38, Farmlite. Here is a site for info on the saw.
