The p41 51 61 seem to have fuel caps that expand over time. I have one now that is so tight only big pliers will remove it. It has happened on other p series saws I have owned. Does any one have a solution to this? TIA Mike

I had the same problem with p41 and other saws as well, can’t remember what fuel I was using but now, with ethanol free fuel, the problem has gone away. Cap size can be restored by leaving it in the sun for a few days. Some say that the freezer works too.
