WOW, there are so many things you need to consider answering this question.
Like what rpm's are we taking in the wood cause the higher the rpm's the more heat you are going to make, how much compression is your motor? What kind of torque band is the pipe made a small torque band or a large torque band. How lean have you got the carb set , how big of wood are you cutting, everything goes to how much heat is the motor going to be making, if you are going to use it for fun/ work you donot want alot of heat so you need to set things up to do that.
