Pitman booms

I have no knowledge of this brand of boom. I have an opportunity to purchase at a very reasonable price a truck equipped with this brand of bucket, and was curious if anyone here had any information on what I should look for in this brand of boom. The truck looks like hell, but mechanically seems to be in fair condition, and the boom operated flawlessly on my test ride.

Again looking for information, and advice on what to check for on this particular brand.

What year is the truck, milage, engine, model? What year do you think the boom is? What is he asking? Is everthing working properly? Is everthing lubed up properly? Is there any rust or cracks?
