Points conversion

Before I try pulling this one do any of of yous chainsaw techs know or have done a conversion from a points ignition to an electronic system using the electronic kit like you would use for a Brigs 4-stroke lawmmower? I would like to try on my McCullouch 80 beater as getting parts sucks. Thanks dieseldog!

I did that for a hedge trimmer and it works like a champ.
