Owner I do maintenance for has swapped all his Stihl poles for Echos.Solid saw.
Just be a bit protective of the shaft, when extended: bends easily if subjected to hard use or abuse.
I would also look at the ECHO pole saws.

echo pole saw are good and so are husqvarna.
I will guess that this owner doesn't or didn't have an HT250 40ccc two cycle pole pruner.Owner I do maintenance for has swapped all his Stihl poles for Echos.
