Apologize if this has been posted before - it came up on YouTube when looking for something else. 'The $10 chainsaw mill' - built out of 2X4's.

Might not be the most efficient approach, but a good video to watch (first 11 minutes) when we tend to over-think things. Last 4 minutes has more photos mixed in with a music video - worth watching even if you don't like song (you can turn the sound off).

Nice simple build. I'm sure someone would criticize the ergonomics of it or claim it lacked a self-feed.
