Potential Hazard tree?

What do you all think about these Euc's. Were trimming them for safety, but I don't like those ones next to the retainer wall. The retainer wall was put in about 5 year ago. Lots of big supporting roots were cut on the wall side. It looks like some grade was added around the trucks.
Trees look healthy and no ground around the trees has bulge or any sign of movement, but losing all those roots and having a restrictive area limiting new root growth kind of sends a red flag to me.

Yep, they're a hazzard. Now you can sleep worse at night ;-)

Primaries really ought to not be cut any closer than about 10:1 distance:dbh. Preferably out to the drip zone. Those look like they were closer to 1:1 if they were cut at the wall. But nobody will want to hear that, so make a small comment (to the principal contractor, not the HO) and move along.
