Someone set me straight. The IPL's for these Poulan saws are confusing. 1st the IPL shows 530010587 as the piston kit for the Micro XXV. It has a check mark by the number which means it's new. The ring is shown as 530023789. I have both pictured below and the 23789 ring does not have a groove cut for the pin and it appears to be 36mm verses 36.6mm of the piston kit.
The next confusing part, the 2100 IPL shows the 10587 kit is superseded to 530069545. That doesn't make sense because the 10587 is 36.6mm and I think the 69545 is 38.8mm.
Finally, the 2000 IPL shows the 23789 ring before serial A1890001, but it doesn't say what piston goes with it.
I tried many sources for IPL's but they all end up with identical information, or lack of.
