Because slip, I havent seen you pickin on stihl like sap does.

That is one of the FEW poulans I want to have one or two of myself. Sap can keep the village people guy, he's not cute enough. :laugh: :laugh:

Proprietary? Aren't all saw designs proprietary? You can't just swap parts between them... Well, carbs maybe.

Maybe you are thinking of the elux "open" design approach where you can buy the same saw under many different names (at many different price points) :confused:

I think he means in the way that they control & limit their saws and parts (and information regarding both) to brick & mortar Stihl dealers only.
