Ok, time for the details! LOL
I took the plug out this morning and pulled it over a few times after the initial big squirt it just looked like a mist.
I let it sit in the garage for a few hours while I did some other things. Took the torch to the plug and dried it out, plug looks to be in great shape by the way.
It was time for an oil change anyway and after smelling the oil it did in fact have a slight odor of gasoline. I wouldn't chance it for the sake of a quart of oil and as I said, it was due anyway.
Before firing it up I took the torch and hit the plug hole, there must have been more in there than I thought as it made a big whoooosh! and blew out my torch (just a handheld)
Took the sediment bowl off the carb, it had a very small amount of crap in the bottom but not too bad, blew it out with the hose and put it back together. Before I put the plug in I checked for spark, it had none
I have no idea why soooooo I un plugged the low oil sensor and the kill switch and I had spark.
Put the plug in, turned the gas on, choked her and it started right up as it usually does
I plugged the connection back in and it kept running, I was able to use the switch to shut it down.
Dragged it back to the wood pile and it fired right up with the gas shut off, let it run while I turned the gas on and it ran great as it always has. I split up what I had cut up as it was starting to sprinkle and I melt in the rain! I left the splitter there for tomorrow and brought home a nice big load of wood ready to be stacked in the am.
Thanks for every ones help and advice.
More tomorrow if all goes well!
