Is there a general rule of thumb for prices on trimming/removal of trees? I want to make sure my prices are in line with others in my area but not really sure what to charge sometimes. I mostly work on Live Oak , Water oak, Pine, pecan and ash trees. Thanks

Although, this is in 101 as it should be, I still feel ornery. So my idea is to ask all the 'others' in your area what they charge because you are not sure what to charge sometimes. :msp_tongue:

I've been in business for 10 years and I still don't know what to charge sometimes.:msp_unsure:

All joking aside you have to figure out what you need to make if profitable and find out what comparable work is going for... All comes with time but if you over charge you F yourself and if you under charge you F yourself and everyone else around you.
