I'm located in the Northern Va area, and looks like I have everything working against me here in terms of convenience, but this 24" dia oak, approx 75-100' tall is leaning slightly towards the house and had dropped a few large limbs already, it's the larger tree on the left. Its a great shade provider but I have other nearby trees that can fill that void.

As the pic shows, it's between the garage and utility lines, I took the pic in the driveway so a boom truck could get close. I'm not sure what the average price is to drop a tree this large, I could buck the large logs but would like the limbs chipped and either hauled away or dumped on property after shredding.

I wouldn't even cut those trees down if I were you. I'd keep them but I have quite a history of talking people out of removing trees they should keep. A few dead limbs don't justify complete removal. If you insist on cutting them down, I suggest you at least call to power company that owns the lines nearby. They may remove the tree for you for free.
