I've never gotten a job from shirts or other clothing.
BUT

It DOES make you and your crew look professional! It's just another thing to help you stand out compared to other companies in the area

People might not say " I called because of your shirt".
But plenty people get your name from sorts and trucks. Whenever your guys are in a restaurant or store something people read the shirts.

and whenever they are out in traffic people read the tricks and get the numbers off them

Good investment. And it makes you look more professional
