I am paid to preserve trees in cities by people who understand their value; he's not. So we are looking from different perspectives, but i respect his.

If we had the time that afternoon, it would have come down. The dead wood I am talking about was 1' in diameter, maybe a little more. What was left was 3 small branches at the very top, and 2? descent sized laterals on a lead which was dying off.
