Question on climbing gear

WTF a tree boss who can't climb , wow thats just great , hey buddy why didn't you get into mortgages like all the other ###holes in this world , quick money and a good return on your 10hr. college course..

You should see my "tree boss" manager. Can barely get out of his own way let alone climb a tree. Not sure what they were thinking. Yesterday, he got his brand new truck (2 wheel drive) stuck on the side of his driveway and had to get a tow truck to pull him out.
