Raining Again!!!!

Just wondering if anybody else is as sick of the rain as I am? It's been an awful wet spring and early summer around here...tough to get any work done. I only do the tree work part time but it seems like its been raining full time. Kinda frustrating when you only have a few days to get the work in and it seems to be raining on most of them. Anyhow here's the end result of a job we tried to finish up this past weekend...hope it dries out by the next time we need it!!!!

We've been getting rain here maybe one day a week or two days a week for the past several weeks. Been able to work 6 days a week though, cause usually its just at night, or in the afternoon... so at least something can be done each day. This time last year, it rained literally every day for over a month. Not every minute of every day, but at some point each day it would rain.

Yesterday I did some crane removals and a 20 min. lightning rain storm blew in and out fast. That 100' boom stickin' straight up skeeered the poo poo out of me. Especially when I saw the first bolt and the big rumble that followed close behind. I had the crane ball in my hand, turned it loose came down fast and helped on the ground until it cleared up a few minutes later.

On hot days like they've been lately, a little rain is sometime nice. I mean what the heck, we're already soaked from sweat anyway.
