Should be 2 extra threaded holes to screw some bolts into to press it off.

I tried that but it ended up stripping out. It never even moved. The factory told me I would most likely have to cut that bushing and sprocket off and buy a new set. The polybelt was $250.00 and those parts will be around another $300.00

I'v had this machine several years and so far I've put a new engine and drive belts, It has been a good little part time money maker.

thanks for the input

Is there enough room to get a 2 or 3 jaw puller on and maybe heat it up a bit.

Yeah, puller, heat and BFh is next, just try not to bust up the shaft too. Cutting it off might be kind of tough without screwing up the surrounding parts?

yeah, I had to drill and tap 3 new holes, going to try the heat and a heavy duty wheel puller next...

hope all have Merry Christmas

Just for all who might be interested....I got that sprocket and bushing off...what I did was use a air hammer around the sides and on the face of the busing...all that vibration must have broken it loose cause this time the wheel puller pulled it off smooth! wire brushed all the surfaces put some antisieze on the shafts and new bolts put it all back together and now ready for more grinding...

You need to use the screw holes to push the outer pulley into the machine and off the sprocket, then use a puller to remove the sprocket. The sprocket is actually pitched to wedge the pulley onto it. Put some never seize on everything before putting it back together.
