Rayco rg1620 cutting wheel

I have a Rayco rg1620 that I would like to use around my property. Everytime I try to use it, the cutting wheel comes loose. I have a set of super teeth for it but I can't get the wheel centered enough to get them on. Has anyone experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like the bearings are shot.
