Hi. what is the going rate for a clean 98 RaycoRG20 HG (with drive) going for in the north east U.S.?

Better think twice about that - those handlebar machines are a lot of work!!! Get a hydraulic control machine.

Of course those handlebar machines ought to be cheap- $3,000.

Not sure of that model?? But if its not self propelled & has no hydraulics driving the head.............forget it!! unless you are doing landscape stumps other than that I wouldnt consider it for anything other than a rottotiller.
