I’m selling a fully rebuilt Stihl 026 w/16” bar, comes with 2nd semi-chisel chain. Only cut with 2 tanks since rebuild, runs awesome, ready to go! Cylinder pressure is 164psi (see pic), Like new OEM Stihl 48.7cc cylinder. I’m only selling it because it’s a 2nd saw and don’t need it. Below are the parts replaced:
OEM Parts:
Stihl bar & chain, Clutch, Sprocket, crank & rod bearings, rebuilt carb (Walbro), base gasket (no gasket delete)
Aftermarket Parts:
Meteor Piston w/ Caber Rings (0.027” squish height, see pic)
Fuel lines & filter, NKG plug, pull rope, air filter cover & base, fuel tank vent (genuine Echo), muffler gasket & heat shield, all rubber parts replaced
Upgrades:
Muffler mod (w/ spark arrestor)- not excessively loud
Retrofit clutch driven oiler w/ Stihl pump, worm gear- no oil drizzling off the bar at idle
MS261 carry handle (Subjective, but I like the feel better than the original handle)
