recomended chain

What would the best chain for a guy like me to use. I Run a 372xp, 371xp, and a 357xp. 20 inch to 32 inch bars. .050. Cut all hard woods for firewood cutting, with some felling. I would also like to buy a GOOD chain bench grinder that I can eventually learn to sharpen chains for performance cutting. I am more about speed than cost and longevity. Any ideas on the chain and grinder.

I would vote for Stihl RM or RMC but thats just IMHO.
