Owner tells you to "just drop it" in the deep hole out front of the property just so he can have a view. You tell him easier to get it out while you're there, he still says no and then the call comes 3 months later, needs to have it removed and wants his initial price, (already paid) to be used to offset some of the costs. After all, "I've already paid for the cutting".

I tell everyone that calls I have a 350.00 minimum. About 4 out of 10 calls say goodbye which pretty much seperates the people who don't know the cost of tree work.
