red pine prices

I need some help. My buddy was approached by a fellow who is building a log cabin and is short some logs. My friend owns 40 acres of pines and this guy wants to buy about 300 feet of red pines between 10-12 diameter. Can anyone give me a ballpark figure to give my friend, we live in Wisconsin and have no idea what they are worth. Thanks
