RedMax versus Husqvarna part numbers

In looking for parts for a recently acquired 372XPW I have noticed that a lot of parts dealers stock both RedMax and Husqvarna branded parts under the same part number. The RedMax product is usually priced much lower, but otherwise appear the same. Are they indeed the same?

I believe so, yes. I just ordered a Husky 2101 outer dog from Jack's Small Engines using the Redmax part no. so fingers crossed I'll get the part and it'll be the dog.
