Picked up this beautiful bantam from a bloke in australia who got it from the u.s.. in my opinion one of the best looking saws ive seen
Therein lies the problem with Remington. I have the original Super 75. White and blue, no lower plate. At some point, Remington releases your red and white 75 with handle grips, and a red and white Bantam with handle grips. Same kind of story with the 990s, and 770s (with different displacements). The changes and duplications are enough to make your head spin. Whatever Remington documentation existed, is seemingly long gone. You just have to be happy with what you have. This is my Remington and it has a Carter carb. I have a plate or handle guard on mine, is it original? Both the IPL and owners manual don't show this plate. Oh and I forgot to mention it is the loudest saw I own, I have a video of it cutting on my YouTube channel and I have ear pro on.

Thanks mate.. not planning on using it much, its more of one for the collection. They are nice looking and that one especially so. The recoils can be problematic and the cable (wire rope) makes it worse. Not overly fond of the Carter carbs but they can be made to work.

This is the 2nd kit option available from Joe at SCS.Better check your carb. You could need the NRD kit. Different pump diaphragm and check valve arrangement.
