I am venturing into something I've never done before--replacing a bar tip. Now, the tip is an old Oregon roller nose, 2 7/8" diameter, that I found NOS. Picked up some standard Oregon rivets thinking they would work but clearly are too large.

What are the proper rivets for this tip? Is there something else that can be used? I ordered the rivets from Bailey's, but maybe I should talk to them over the phone.

Thanks, Chris B.

Can you measire them?

I have hunnerts of rivets, and Id be more than glad to send you some Chris.

Its the least I could for you!:cheers:

The ones I have are in a bag marked "Kileda power equipment" and measure...

A=.160

B=.205

Length=.230

I believe these are for Sandvik/Winsor bars, but they are smaller.

Let me know if these will help.
