I just ordered a Husky 359 oil pump to replace the one in my pp346xp because the 346xp doesn't put out enough oil for me. Any suggestions or instructions on replacing it would be appreciated. Thanks Dave

The part cost me $12.00 but it's not the whole oil pump you are getting when you order the part number 537 06 93-01.

It's the pump shaft or "pump piston" as described on the packaging. This means it takes a little extra time to replace because you have to remove the old shaft from the pump and replace it with this new one. Half an hour’s work. Have not had a chance to test it yet to see how much of a difference it makes. My dealer said that he saw a bulletin from Husqvarna suggestion this very upgrade for those who complain of poor oiling from the 346xp. Dave.
