Roller guides for Cook's saws (1-1/2" blades)

I bought a used Cook's bandmill, and wondering about the price of different parts/supplies. 1) are the roller guides proprietary, or can they be found on the market (for less $$)?
2) same question for drive-belts. 3) have any of you had better experience with one brand of band blade over another?

Any help would be appreciated on any of the questions. If I had lots of money and time, I would try lots of different blades, etc, but that's not the case here ...looking for input.
