Sorry to drag up an old thread but i've been storing all my gear in good ole HomeDepot buckets with lids. (Found one of these holds 200' of 1/2 XTC perfect with a space on top for a couple little things (biners, snaps, split-tail or 2...etc). Problem is i've now got 4 of these buckets stock full o' gear and i'm thinking i wanna start investing in some Rope/Tool bags and have just caught notice of the different RopeBoss bags...

I've been looking at every bag i can find on every different site. But SherrillTree retails out of a Vermeer not too far from me and thought maybe i'd go checkout what bag (or combination of bags) might suit me best to organize my gear a little better instead of having
1 200ft climb line bucket
1 "lanyards and life support" bucket (biners, eye2eye's, split-tails, pulleys, HC'r, Kask, hip prusiks, etc)
1 "Rigging bucket" (not much in there just yet but workin on it)
& 1 "Non-Life Support/Medical/Accessories" bucket (gloves, medical kits and supplies, safety glasses, graphite, paperwork for all gear, accessory cordages, parachord, walkie-talkies, buffs/sweat protection, knives, snaps, chainsaw & tool lanyards and tons of other little crapola that could come in handy)
I'm quickly running out of space and 4 big buckets are already agitating me. I have found a large used (and dirty) firemans gear zip up carry bag but i don't think i want everything all mixed in with itself. Same as what i would believe would happen if i purchased one of them Weaver "everything" cheapo backpack style bags, or the Husqvarna big ole bag (which is the same as the firemens gear bag i have now, maybe not as H/D, but i don't know cause i haven't bought it yet. And i don't want to just to find out i hate it.
Anyone using these RopeBoss bags? and liking them? Maybe a different arrangement of different sizes, including the saddle accessory bag? I'm awaiting my local Vermeer to contact me after i emailed asking if they have the line in stock so maybe i can run over there, check them out in person and maybe even pack all my crapola into 1, 2, or a combination of S, M, L, XL & Saddle bags...
Pro's & Cons of anyone running these bags?? And i'm sure i'll here "Get the Teflelebuggererler bag and be done with it!" but im not in the position (at this time) to be dropping that kinda $$$ on 1 bag when i'd prefer to run a variety so i'm not pushing the weight of everything in one bag, stretching one seem...
Any feedback would be awesome! (recommendations also!!)
Thanks ~Moose
