It's increasingly clear that we would have fewer differences on proper pruning if we all were coming from the same basic understanding on the rules.
So--
For those who have not yet ordered a copy of the ANSI Pruning Standards and ISA's companion Best Management Practices book: I am offering Free Postage in the lower 48 states to the first 6 who make an order!:blob2:

And a bonus offer--I'll throw in a free copy of the new issue of American Forests magazine, which has the 2004 National Registry of Big Trees. The first 6 folks who pm me will have their copies of these 3 pubs reserved.

After all, if you don't know what the rules are, how can you know when and how and why and where to break them?!

Hey,

Thanks, I've them already. Ooops, don't have the regs.

Guess it's time to re-read, dah, words again.

Jack
