The replacement crankcase I just received from an eBay seller has some wallowed out holes fro the AV mounting bolts. The enlargements are not round, so it certainly appears that the donor saw had been run quite some time with loose mount bolts.
What techniques are used to "tighten up" such slop?
Filling the holes with JB weld then redrilling to size?
Milling out and installing bushings?
Wrapping the shanks of the bolts with some kind of material, such as brass foil, Teflon tape?
Something else?
