I have a new saw carriage for my chainsaw.
The idea is to use that when I take the sawmill where there is no power. So I hope it works better one original and not so tiring for hands

That is the same carriage I have on my mill. One problem I found, with the hand crank winch it is easy to keep forcing the saw with a dull chain. Still cuts good but heats the bar up. Burned up my 16 inch Picco bar that way. Not a bad thing though, now I have a 24 inch Cannon SuperMini.

Can imagine that you did it :) . Find it hard to get a sense of how hard you press with the crank.
