Thats what I say, but the lawyers and prison rights people say they HAVE to have T.V. and they have to be out of there cells for 4 hrs a day unless there is a disiplinary reson not too. I thought prison was the reson? They have commited a crime agianst society and have been judged not fit to live in the open with all their rights!!! Then they tell us that we are trying to rehabilitate the SO who is in for over 15 charges and has been locked up 4 times and is doing a whole 2 years this time. Life is what i say, but a very short one put to a ending with a needle. I hate criminals.
