SC252 right wheel won't lock

Have 2007 SC252, the drive chain side wheel locks in, but the other side doesn't.

If the pin is locking into the drive hub and the wheel will not engage, the roll pin that locks the hub to the axle shaft is sheared.

It's actually a bolt, forget the name of it, but I've had them shear and one time nut came off and bolt just fell out, got lucky there. If sheared they can be a pain to get out because it is a real close tolerance between bolt hole size and bolt and it can get rusted in there. Have fun, but sure that is the problem.
