You can't buy a can with regular spouts anymore.
If your dead set on a Scepter like the one you posted a pic of just buy one off Amazon and be done with it.

I realize I cannot buy regular spouts in the USA . If you go back and read the first post I made you will see I said I need solid caps. The ones on Amazon all have spouts. For twice price on Amazon I am looking at getting them from Canada. I know the ones in Canada will still need the solid caps added but it will be cheaper and I can use the spouts elsewhere. The caps can be shipped without adding any shipping fees.

I am looking for a source of Scepter combo gas/oils cans. I need solid caps so if someone has as source for them that would be great.
