got a free splitter from my dad. It does not have a spool valve but I could probably scrounge one up. I took the pump off to clean the dirt/snow out of it and have a model # but no make. the model number is 200 2243 and the serial number is E7348. I am searching all pump manufacturers I can find.

so what was wrong with the pump to begin with so we know what we are supposte be looking for? I'm assuming that you are just taking this stuff apart just to take it apart or is there something really wrong with it? If it worked to begin with then why take it apart. If this is not the case then I'm sorry for the comment, I just don't know what you are asking here.

I am trying to figure out the flow rate so I can get the right parts.

It did have one sheared gear pin in it, and a BUNCH of rubber and plastic from not having an oil filter. It also had a weak spring. It is all fixed and put back together now and waiting to bust wood. I just need to pick up a filter assembly and a spool valve.

Isaac, did you ever find any specifics on this pump? I have an old Montgomery Ward (possibly Didier) splitter and the pump's tag has the same model number, 200-2243. I have no idea what a proper replacement pump would be for this since I can't find any info/specs.

I've dealt with Bailey Hydraulics and they are good folks. I don't see where you need that exact # pump, unless you want to rebuild it. A couple years ago they had a 16 GPM pump on sale and I bought it for my 12 HP Kohler. Later I stuck a Harbor Freight 6.5 on it and was surprised the 6.5 ran the 12 GPM pump fine, Joe.

It's not that I need this exact pump, but I don't' know what the GPM is on this pump.
