I would like to know if there are companies that possibly make aftermarket parts such as different pitch sprockets. What I would like to achieve is change from the 1/2" pitch on my David Bradley to something more common, like 3/8" pitch. Does anyone know of any place where I might be able to find something like this?

A machine shop will probably be able to do this for you, as long as you know the right dimensions for the sprocket. the best bet, is to have a large spline rim assembly made for the saw, then you can use .325, 3/8 or .404 chain if you wish.
