seeking some explanation (020t with black air filter)

I really want to know any and all details regarding the black air filter cover versions. I collect these and now have discovered three different designs of the black air filter cover. When I say different I'm referring to the name plate, and the screw configuration. Maybe I need to speak to someone at stihl ?
