Pretty standard here in Aus, the mob I work for run 10 top hadles 10 261's, 7 460's, 7 660's and 2 880's. We run a crew of 16 blokes

Just seeing this now Imagineero. So sorry for you and sad to see you go. You have been a prolific contributor over the years.
So many of us are just a little bad luck from total disaster, I'm always sorry to see a guy go down like this.
