Sequoia in Tennessee

I live in southern middle Tennessee right above the Alabama state line,and I’m wanting to try to grow a sequoia I have a spot in my front yard where I had excavator work done and they moved dirt and flattened the hillside it’s pretty much all clay dirt “chirt” it drains very well and it’s very rocky it has constant sunlight also. What can I possibly do to give this tree the best chance to live.
