Serial # location on 066

Where is the serial number located on an 066? Is there any listing cross referancing the serial number to model year?

It's located on the sprocket side near the front, where there is a small level surface cast and machined into the cases and it is stamped into that spot. It is visible when looking from that side without removing anything, unless it is covered in sawdust, or has been filed off (stolen).

I'm not sure on the coding from the serial number, someone else will likely be able to help there
