Serial number look up, a few questions.

Hi all, was wondering if anyone with Stihl database access could check a few out for me.

064 122763142
064 123966457
066 140106943

Curious as to what vintage they would be. I believe the 066 is late 90's

This is a new hobby for me. I've recently aquired a pair of 064's. One of them is absolutely miserable to start. It wants to yank the rope out of your hand almost everytime, or drag your hand back in to the handle. I'm thinking timing is too far advanced? Flywheel key sheared? Is there anything else that would do this?

Sorry, Stihl has done some changes and I can no longer log on. There are a couple of Stihl mechanics here that should be able to help. But being Stihl mechanics, they drink a lot and are cranky.

Haha no worries. I'll take any help I can get. I've got them somewhat narrowed down to year, but not 100%.
