Sharpening burr after filing

So I noticed sometimes can't get a sharp feel on a tooth as I file. Looks sharp with a magnifier.

Then found the burr on the top plate with fingernail. Can push that with fingernail to remove it and then tooth feels sharp.

Am I doin something wrong or is this normal. Yes I am obsessed with sharp chain.

Should there be a very light stroke with a flat file on the to plate to remove. Or just ignore it?

They all do it. It’s the chrome rolling up slightly. It comes off the first time it hits a piece of wood
